Developed from ground up in 2018, this hotel is a part of a master development directly off of Interstate 580 in Dublin, CA. The master development included 115 Townhomes developed by Taylor Morrison, the 127 room hotel, and 50,000 sf. of commercial space (yet to be developed). This property is the first of its kind, implementing the newest Marriott design for Aloft hotels. Zenique played an instrumental part in achieving the brands vision; thus, being awarded the 2018 Outstanding Contribution Award by Marriott International – an award only given to three developers worldwide. The hotel has Voice Controlled rooms (lights, thermostat, TV, guest requests), a delivery robot, gig fiber internet, tablets in every room, and much more fun tech toys. The Aloft Dublin-Pleasanton has become a local hit with live music, hip and eclectic design, with superb customer experience.
